Quick Recorder 1.0.2
In a simple one-window interface, you can set up your sound input device, record and play back sounds, see how much disk space you have left and check your input recording level.
The interface is totally non-modal, which means that you don't have to navigate through any dialog boxes just to record a sound clip. Also, you can record in the background and do something else on your computer while it is recording. It works with any Mac OS computer with a sound input device that uses Apple's Sound Input Manager, which includes the built-in microphone, internal CD-ROM/DVD drives, and the sound input jack on the back of your computer. Your sound recordings are saved as AIFF files that are created in the same folder as the application.
